The Winery/Vineyard Lane, Bainbridge Island General Contractor: Pacific Heights The Winery/Vineyard Lane project consists of an 18,000 square foot parking garage with two condominium structures above.
With the completion of the post-tension slab for the first story floor, the crews set about preparing to pour the support for the structures above. Below, workers are busy disassembling the network of columns, beams and paneling which the slab was poured onto. The completed first floor post-tension

The slab on grade has been poured and the second half of the wall system pour for the first floor has now been completed. Next, shoring will be installed to support the second floor slab.

The second half of the wall system pour can be viewed below. When the walls are completed, the forms will be stripped and broken down, and preparations for the slab pour will commence.

Below are some images of the pouring of the first section of walls using a modular form system. The same forms used for the walls seen below will be disassembled in large sections and re-formed together on the other half of the footing to complete the first story of walls with minimal between-pour times.
