   The Winery/Vineyard Lane project consists of an 18,000 square foot parking garage with two condominium structures above.

   With the completion of the post-tension slab for the first story floor, the crews set about preparing to pour the support for the structures above.  Below, workers are busy disassembling the network of columns, beams and paneling which the slab was poured onto.

Here is a view of the extensive shoring which supported the slab until it could cure and be tensioned in order to become a stressed member of the structure.

Workers neatly stack the shoring material as it is disassembled, preparing it for removal from the jobsite.

 

   The slab on grade has been poured and the second half of the wall system pour for the first floor has now been completed.  Next, shoring will be installed to support the second floor slab.

Soon to be filled with shoring, the interior of the lower level is ready to support the post-tension slab of the second story floor.

   The second half of the wall system pour can be viewed below.  When the walls are completed, the forms will be stripped and broken down, and preparations for the slab pour will commence.

Here is an overview of the first wall section, and some preparations being made for the slab on grade pour.

Here, the plumbing and drainage is put into place in preparation for the slab on grade pour.  The previously poured wall section can also be seen in this view.

   Below are some images of the pouring of the first section of walls using a modular form system.  The same forms used for the walls seen below will be disassembled in large sections and re-formed together on the other half of the footing to complete the first story of walls with minimal between-pour times.

The Exposed rebar at the end of the wall system will smoothly tie the second half of the wall to the section currently being poured.

   Here is a few images of the modular wall sections being assembled and put into place.  The benefit of this type of system is the speed with which it can be put together and taken down.

Another benefit of the modular wall system is the ease in which a clean jobsite can be managed.
