   This project consists of multiple floors of post tension and pan deck, and slab on grade concrete work.

   The second half of the slab on grade our starts before the sun has risen over the horizon.

   The first half of the floor slab is ready for lines to be cut.

Lines are now being cut into the first half of the slab on grade.

With the pour nearly done, the finish is just starting to be put on the floor with the power trowel.

  Nearly all the columns have been poured, and work will turn to preparing for the slab on grade as soon as the ground is ready.

  Several pads have been poured along with all the large cores.

   Several of the footings have been poured and Peri forms are being built for the stairwell walls.  Construction of the outer wall forms is progressing rapidly.

   The tower crane arrived in pieces during the early hours of the morning, and was fully assembled by the afternoon.

   Some of the elevator and stairwell footings are framed up and ready for rebar.

   Footing forms are going up fast, with rebar soon to follow.

   Initial site work is almost to the point where footings forms can start to be constructed.
