   This project consists of 44,000 square feet of multi-level parking garage, with hotel space above.  The bottom level will be slab on grade, while the second level will be a 22,000 square foot post-tension slab.

   With the pouring of the second story post-tension slab, the project is nearly complete.  Everything went as planned, and the weather couldn't have been nicer.

   The outer walls are now being poured, along with several of the support columns, to complete the outer structure of the lower floor walls.

   The first section of wall which was poured a few days ago can now been seen with the modular panels stripped off and relocated to the new section to be poured.  After today's pour, nearly all the first floor support columns will be finished.

   With the first half of the walls poured, the modular forms are now moved into position to form up the remaining walls.

   Work has progressed well considering the weather conditions, with snow falling on numerous days.  Below are some images of the first section of wall forms being assembled.  The modular form system has been utilized here, as on previous jobs, due to the speed and efficiency it affords the crew in putting together long wall sections.

   Here, an assembled modular panel is hoisted by the lift to be carried to the wall.

   The panel is now positioned into place before being aligned by hand and secured to the opposing wall panel.
