 Cavalon Place One & Two

General Contractor: Graham

This project consists of 60,000 square feet of multi-use office and living  space, and parking garage.

With steel work progressing well on the first building, walls are now being framed up on the post tension slab of the second building.

This view shows the newly and completed and stripped third story walls of building one.

Below is a good perspective on the progress of the two structures.

The walls of building two are nearly ready for pouring.

The post tension slab pour on building two went very well.  Here are a few shots of the pour process.

The pour is going smoothly in the early morning sunlight.

The finishing crew was outpacing the the concrete supply for much of the pour.

The Pump truck had just enough reach to cover the far edge of the p.t. deck.

The walls for the third floor of building one are nearly finished being formed.

Preparation for the post tension slab pour on building two is nearly complete with just over a week until the pour date.

The massive rebar re-enforcements are clearly visible in this image.

The tendon cable is beginning to be run.

Here are a few images of the slab-on-grade pour for building two.

   The slab turned out nicely.
