About the Company

Pyramid Concrete Construction LLC was founded by a group of people with several years of experience in the concrete industry having planned, managed, and executed the construction of projects ranging from sidewalks to vast industrial complexes.

Our experience is reflected in our customer service, quality of work, and our professionalism.

    General Superintendent Mark Dinsmore

Mark Dinsmore has been in the concrete business for over 25 years, working for several successful companies.  His experience with Western Washington and it's sometimes unique weather conditions stems from being born in Seattle and living nearly his entire life in the Puget Sound region.  Capable of leading nearly any kind of concrete construction project, from basement slabs to multi-tiered commercial garages to vast retaining wall structures.  He is confident that almost no job is too difficult.  Mr. Dinsmore's exceptional knowledge of his trade can be attributed to his experience working with every aspect of concrete, from mixing the concrete as a batch man at the plant, to pumping it into the forms.

    Principal Owner Vero Ward

Vero Ward has nearly 20 years of experience in the concrete industry.  He is a successful entrepreneur in a range of fields, including part ownership of Accurate Construction Supply, an accomplished residential contractor and developer with WB Homes, and the owner of Accurate Foundation Walls.  A graduate of Tahoma High School, Mr. Ward is a native of Washington State and has learned to thrive in the fast paced growth region of the Puget Sound.

    Business Manager Mike McMahan

As our Business Manager, Mike McMahan has 20 years of management experience in construction, development, and management, starting with Pacific Island Management Company, Century Limited Development Company, and Income Builders, Inc., all located in Honolulu, Hawaii.  He was involved with the purchase of raw land, development of plans, financing, construction, and eventually management of five hotels in Waikiki.  Mike has been a Manager for HMMI (Hospitality Management and Marketing, Inc.) of Denver, which opened the Sheraton Tacoma Hotel for Corner Stone Development Company.  He and a partner developed 24 condominiums on a 30-acre resort development that he also staffed and managed.

Rooney, as his Business Manager for Global Consultants and Construction, Inc.  Mr. Rooney was the founder of Global Construction and was greatly responsible for Washington's Mentor Protégé Program. Global was selected by Peter Kiewit & Sons to initiate this program in the State of Washington, and Mike worked directly with Kiewit's Business Manager for its Pacific Division.
